CATALOG HELMET HOUSE, LLC. hereby advises and notifies our US retail dealers offering Tourmaster, Cortech, NORU, HJC, Alpinestars and/or SHOEI products that written Dealer Guidelines and Advertising Policies apply to these products. Dealers’ sales policies, promotion and/or advertising of Tourmaster, Cortech, NORU, HJC, Alpinestars and/or SHOEI products must comply with these guidelines and policies. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to ship all orders at the prevailing price at time of shipment. Always check the invoice for the current dealer price.


C.O.D., Net 10 E.O.M., cash or credit card with order. All orders will be shipped C.O.D. unless payment is received with order or prior arrangements have been made to establish an open account. By accepting any order from HELMET HOUSE, LLC., you are acknowledging that your company is entering into a business transaction under California state law at Calabasas Hills, California. Open account may be established by well rated firms subject to information supplied by the dealer. All open accounts are due ten days following the end of the month. A 1.5% per month late charge will be added to overdue acounts. When applying for open account please allow 3 weeks for processing. The Credit Department or your sales representative will notify you regarding your application status or acceptance. Every effort will be made to ship orders complete the day they are received. If no instructions are received with your order, we will ship by the most reasonable means according to the size and shipping weight of your order.


Freight policy varies based upon order size and dealer annual volume. Please contact your district manager for details. All goods are carefully packed and are in good condition when shipped from Helmet House. Any claims regarding the shipment of damaged goods must be made immediately to the shipper. CLAIMS All merchandise distributed by HELMET HOUSE, LLC. will be warranted in accordance with manufacturer’s own terms of warranty only. WARRANTY Please indicate if you wish “out of stock” items to be back ordered or cancelled. We do not pre-pay freight charges on back orders under $400.00 of shippable merchandise. BACK ORDERS All goods being returned to HELMET HOUSE, LLC. must be accompanied by a returned goods authorization number furnished by our office. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of goods about incorrect or defective merchandise. If we are in error concerning items, appropriate credit will be applied to your existing account. If returned current merchandise was ordered incorrectly, a 20% restocking fee and freight will be charged to your account. Helmets returned to us must have the protective shield covering intact, all tags still attached and must be properly packaged in its original shipping bag, helmet box and an additional outside box to prevent damage — there should be NO exposed surface area of the helmet when bagged properly. All product returns must be accompanied by the original invoice number, all original product documents, manuals, warranty card, hangtags, etc. and be in original packaging suitable for resale. Closeout or sale merchandise may not be returned. Only account credit will be provided for returned merchandise. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. RETURNS Only current product, and product that has been purchased in the previous 90 days of being discontinued, that is suitable for resale may be considered for stock rotation. A replacement ratio of 2/1 order to return value must be placed at the time the return is requested. Product must be in saleable condition as stated in returns. STOCK ROTATION HELMET HOUSE, LLC. has no minimum order requirement; however, a service charge of $8.50 will be added to any order of $50.00 or less. MINIMUM ORDER HELMET HOUSE offers a dealer-only internet-based product ordering system at www.helmethouse.com. Dealers may check stock, ordering history, order tracking, sale items or submit orders online in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please contact customer service for setup information.
